MUMFUS is a New York–based production studio founded by Eren Gülfidan. Since 2014, it has produced short narrative films, interactive projects, documentaries, and commercials. An artist-driven practice, MUMFUS is a place where challenging ideas form into distinct, imaginative executions.

In addition to production work, MUMFUS provides tailored editorial services for a range of clients, including global brands, animation studios, and ad agencies. Every project is guided by a commitment to intentional storytelling and a curiosity for discovery.

About Eren

Eren Gülfidan is a writer, director, and editor who works across different genres from science fiction to everyday realism. Eren’s films have screened at festivals internationally and received grants from organizations like The New York State Council on the Arts and The Future of Film is Female. Her screenplays were finalists in residencies such as Almanack Screenwriters and Through Her Lens: The Tribeca CHANEL Women’s Filmmaker Program.

Eren’s experience as a filmmaker informs how she approaches editing, balancing structure, emotion, and rhythm to bring out the essence of each story. Her editorial work has been recognized by AICP, D&AD, the Annie Awards, and the Clio Awards, and featured in The Credits, the official online magazine of the Motion Picture Association.
